Invitation to Exhibit

It is with the greatest of pleasure and privilege that I extend an invitation to the social work fraternity and the related practitioners and experts across the globe to participate in the 1st Joint World Conference.

Introduction

The "Voices for Development" World Conference will be held in South Africa at the Sandton Convention Centre on the 25th, 26th and 27th September 2013.

The overall purpose of the conference is to foster solidarity, to ensure that the views and voices of the people who are targeted by international policy, as well as the social workers working within those frameworks, are captured in the 2015- Post-Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) agenda.

This worldwide event is jointly organised by the Africa Region of the International Federation of Social Workers (IFSW) and the National Association of Social Workers – South Africa (NASW (SA).

The theme of the conference is: "Voice for Development: Social Workers and People's Perspective on Sustainable Development".
